If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Client Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To be fair to our guides and other guests, refunds are provided based on the following timeline: -More than 16 days before the tour: You will receive a full refund. -Between 6 and 15 days before the tour: A 50% refund will be issued. -Less than 5 days before the tour, or no-show: No refund can be provided.
