-In case of no show of a client in a tour the Company reserves the right to keep the whole paid amount. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 20 days before the tour the company will keep 30% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 10 days before the tour the company will keep 50% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 5 days before the tour the company will keep 100% of the deposit. General Terms : Extreme sports and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. We will send you the contact details of the instructor and the exact meeting point for each activity booked as soon as we confirm availability. Activities and tours with a minimum participation number can be cancelled if this number is not filled or rescheduled for another date according to availability. The company reserves the right to cancel a planned trip or activity for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case full refund will be given.
