Cancellation Fees -In case of no show of a client in a tour, the company reserves the right to keep the whole paid amount. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 20 days before the tour, the company will keep 30% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 10 days before the tour, the company will keep 50% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 5 days before the tour, the company will keep 100% of the deposit. Alterations/Cancellations from the company. The company reserves the right to cancel a planned trip for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, a full refund will be given. The company and the leaders may suggest an alternative tour or activity accordingly. Both canyons are beginner-friendly with full instruction from certified guides. Q: Can I do canyoning if I'm afraid of heights? A: Mild nervousness is normal. Our guides help you progress gradually. Severe acrophobia may make rappelling uncomfortable. Q: What if I can't swim? A: Pisia (dry canyon) doesn't require swimming. Agios Loukas requires basic swimming ability for safety.
