Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fees -In case of no show of a client in a tour the Company reserves the right to keep the whole paid amount. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 20 days before the tour the company will keep 30% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 10 days before the tour the company will keep 50% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 5 days before the tour the company will keep 100% of the deposit. Alterations/Cancellations from the company. The company reserves the right to cancel a planned trip for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case full refund will be given. The company and the leaders may suggest an alternative tour or activity accordingly. A: A charming, 24-meter, traditional, wooden, sailing boat with sun deck, shaded areas, toilets and changing facilities. Q: Is lunch really included in the price? A: Yes! Complete Mediterranean lunch with authentic Greek food, plus unlimited wine, beer, and soft drinks. Q: How many people are on the cruise? A: Small groups up to 35 passengers, to ensure an intimate, relaxed experience, never overcrowded like large tour boats. Q: Can I swim even if I'm not a strong swimmer? A: Absolutely! The bays we anchor are calm and protected, you can jump straight from the boat. Life jackets are also available if needed. Q: Where exactly is Marina Zeas? A: In Piraeus, easily accessible by metro (Piraeus station, then 10-minute walk). Taxis from Athens center usually need 35-40 minutes. Q: What if I get seasick? A: The wooden boat is stable and we stay in calm, protected waters. Seasickness is rare but bring medication if you're prone to it. Q: Is snorkeling equipment provided? A: Yes! Masks, snorkels and fins provided. Just bring your swimwear, sunglasses and sunscreen. Q: Can children join? A: Yes! Families are welcome. Children must be supervised during the cruise.
