Sup (stand up puddling) is a recreational activity, with roots in Hawaii and Polynesia and it is combining surfing and paddling while racing SUP were discovered as sports unto themselves. All across the USA and now in Europe and Australia, people have started using stand up boards as a replacement option to the canoe or kayak. Our expert crew will assist you on your first paddles and lead you to surprising sup tour from the coast. We arrange private sup lessons, tours and team-building events and races in various locations according to the weather conditions in the region of Attica.


Prices : 60 € per person, minimum participation of 2 people.

Description : We will meet at a designated location according to the weather conditions. There we will prepare our equipment and do a short theory lesson for beginners on the ground. We will do a coastal circular tour and paddle on close distance from the shore. We will paddle on small islets and protected bays ideal for practising your skills. Caverns and sea caves along the coast is the highlight of this tour. Big rocks, cliffs and transparent clear blue waters waiting to be explored.

Our SUP YOGA class combines traditional yoga postures (asanas) with the added fun of floating on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) in flat water. After warming up with a gentle paddle, the SUP YOGA class starts.


Paddleboard Pilates (SUP PILATES) is a program that combines Pilates with a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP), creating a fully engaging and fun Pilates fusion workout.


Getting out on the water offers the ultimate environment for developing the core Pilates principles while providing some great scenery.
