The mountain running training refers to people who want to improve their physical condition and athletes who choose to improve their performance or they have set as a personal goal. Correct technique lessons on different terrains (uphill & downhill), special strengthening and group training are some of the main elements of the training session. We offer personal and group trail running training sessions on the trails of Imittos mountain. - Route 1 8km +400m Route through the forest with a view of the Saronic gulf and eastern Attica. Sights we see on the route is Trypia spilia, a collapsed cave with a dramatic arch shape entrance. - Route 2 10km +550m Route through the forest with a view of the Saronic gulf and eastern Attica. Sights we see on the route is Trypia spilia cave, Chasm, a vertical cave entrance and an abandoned mining tunnel. - Route 3) 15km +850m Route through the forest with a view of the Saronic gulf and eastern Attica. Sights we see on the Trypia spilia cave and prophet Elias chapel. What's included : -Plan and routes. -Expert trail running coach. What you should bring : Trail running shoes, water supply belt, water or isotonic drink, energy bar, shorts, hat and drift shirt on summer, long leggings, headband , light gloves for winter. Requirements You don't have to be a competitive athlete in order to join, you should be though in good health without any heart or recent injury issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees -In case of no show of a client in a tour the Company reserves the right to keep the whole paid amount. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 20 days before the tour the company will keep 30% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 10 days before the tour the company will keep 50% of the deposit. -In case the client requests cancellation more than 5 days before the tour the company will keep 100% of the deposit. Alterations/Cancellations from the company. The company reserves the right to cancel a planned trip for safety reasons due to bad weather conditions or other unpredictable reason. In that case full refund will be given. The company and the leaders may suggest an alternative tour or activity accordingly.
